B & Q wanted to improve their HR team's capability at adding value to business and coaching teams for better performance.

PRC Services devised a special program based on coaching techniques that provided the team with a simple method of applying coaching to day to day behaviour.  The training also included analysis of learning styles and help with 'active listening'

The whole B & Q HR team attended courses and this led to a significant improvement in the performance of the team

Fasthosts has a team of about 100 people with 14 managers and supervisors.  Like many new technology companies, the team was highly skilled in technical areas, but less skilled in management.

PRC devised a training program that was delivered over a period of weeks - with half day modules supported by activity based learning.  The purpose was to ensure that every manager of people, knew about the techniques of recruiting, managing, motivating and getting good performance from their people.
