Our Management Training programs are designed to improve your frontline managers skills in managing people effectively.

Our view is that the first line managers / supervisors are those who can most improve the effectiveness of staff through good management. They are also the main point where things go wrong, that often lead to costly Tribunals - so it makes a lot of sense to ensure they're trained to manage people well.

About 5 half day modules for between 6 and 14 delegates.
