 Coaching

Business Coaching provides a structured process for business leaders to be assisted in reaching their personal & business goals.

Coaching can improve performance, develop skills and improve business relationships - it's also really helpful in solving those 'nutty' problems that we all occasionally encounter.

PRC Services provide one to one coaching for senior managers as well as training programs that encourage, and provide the skills for, coaching as part of the company management style.

 

Coaching - improving personal and business performance:

 

One to One:

We specialise in providing business coaching through the use of a systematic, easily learnable process.

This consists of a set of questions that one person can ask another to help them identify a problem, create new solutions to the problem and work through how they will implement the best solution.

  1. What is it you don’t want? (Identify the real problem)

  2. What do you want – specifically? (Vision what a solution would look like)

  3. Finding new & creative solutions

  4. Analyse the various solutions

  5. Plan the implementation

  6. Take responsibility for the solution

The system is based upon a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a philosophy that helps us to realise our potential by encouraging the idea that there is always a better solution.

The Coach can also be used by senior management / teams to examine important problems and find solutions.

 

Coaching Training:

Coaching can be cascaded throughout organisations and can be used by all – but is particularly powerful in improving management coaching capability and encouraging people to take responsibility for finding and implementing their own solutions.

The systematic process is easily learnt and can be reused within normal conversation.

We teach groups of 8 to 12 people in a classroom environment in two days.  The activity starts with some practical demonstrations of the philosophy and then provides a structure for how we think and problem solve.  Delegates then proceed to practice each of the sections of the system.

The process has been used by many organisations - B & Q used it for their HR team,  Greenwood Air used it for their senior team – leading to significant changes to their strategies, Acceleron used it as a means of encouraging creativity & responsibility throughout the organisation.

Our typical fee arrangement is a combination of recovering direct costs, monthly retainer and a % fee payable on successful start of candidate.
